A Tribute to Brittany Murphy (1977 – 2009)

Last December 20, 2009, Brittany Murphy died according to different reports after a sudden cardiac arrest. She was taken immediately to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center right after her husband called. Sadly, she was pronounced DOA at the  Center. Recalling her colorful life, she started her acting career when she was 14 in the series Drexell’s class. She also starred in movies Clueless, Girl, Interrupted, 8 Mile, Sin City and many more. She married her husband, Simon Monjack in May 2007 after a private Jewish ceremony.
